One of my favorite things to do is to ride my bike from my house to the new Whole Foods on the 101 in downtown Encinitas. They have delicious green smoothies full of kale and berries (sounds gross but tastes incredible).
Just walking down the isles can be a real treat. The produce is mostly organic and locally grown and they have all sorts of sustainable, creative foods to fill your belly.
There is a great seating area where one can enjoy the coastal breezes and a nice lunch!
